Cottage a Jeju

“Hi, it was our 2nd time visiting Lotte Hotel Jeju & their service was next level. My family & I had the best experience ever here!! They speak both Korean and English which helped. I must say Rachel who helped us needs to be promoted as manager if she isn’t already!! The room was spacious, elegant and clean. The whole resort is very nice and well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi is nice! We would definitely recommend to all of our friends and family. There’s access to the beach down below...

“We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. “A resort hotel that’s well connected to many places of interest. Dining, shopping and entertainment all under one roof. Staff however lacks English proficiency, Google translate wasn’t very helpful either.”

“Stanza pulita ma con nessuna amenity. È presente un bollitore con tazze in camera ma senza bustine di te o caffè in polvere. L'hotel non è propriamente vicino alle fernate principali degli autobus, quindi per chi intende muocersi con i mezzo può essere un po' scomodo.”
