“Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were.”

“Parking was easy, the room and the entire hotel were immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an extremely nice hotel.”

“The hotel is very close to the airport (10min taxi ride at the most) and the rooms were very nice. Good beds, very soft pillows and amazing duvets. The amenities were lacking when we were there, as the pool has yet to open (opens on June 1st, we were there end of May) and there is no included food at all. You do get a 20% discount on the dinner buffet the first time you use it though.”

“Location was excellent and it was its own resort. Staff Rabia was very helpful in a smooth check in and issues I had with an initial cancellation due to family emergency. Many of the staff can speak Korean and Chinese which was helpful! Staff at the breakfast buffet were also very good. Lots of variety and would recommend this. Will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.”
