The apartment was completed in 2018, is approximately 50 m² and is fully furnished.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV and DAB radio, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle etc., a bathroom with shower and a small hallway. The windows have shutters. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. A washing machine is available. A parking space can be used if required.

Eine Empfehlung wert!

Die Fewo war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Vor allem die neuwertige und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sowie das moderne Bad haben mir gut gefallen. Bietet mehr als genug Platz für zwei Personen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Excellent alternative to hotel

I came to Germany on a two week business trip. Rather than renting a hotel and eating out, I opted for this 1br apartment. The apartment was perfectly clean inside and radiant heated tile floor throughout. The bedroom had a queen size bed (two double mattresses) and a pull out couch in the living, plus a full wardrobe. It had a full kitchen fully stocked. Bathroom had a good sized shower, no tub. I was not real fond of the foam mattresses on the bed or couch, but I think that's a european norm. However, I've been on much worse spring mattresses at hotels, so it's not a complaint. The only downside was that the kitchen didn't have a full knife set. It was a little hard to chop vegetables to cook with a steak knife. All said and done, I give it a 5/5 and would gladly stay there again and will be my go-to if I return to Jena later.

Moderne und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Die Fewo ist neuwertig, modern und bietet 2 Personen viel Platz. Gute Betten, Designerbad, komplette Küche. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden und alles war gepflegt, sauber und intakt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit einer Minute Fußweg zur Straßenbahn, kurze Fahrt ins Stadtzentrum und guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen dieses Quartier, das seinen Preis wert ist, gerne weiter.

Tolle Wohnung in Jena

Eine riesige FeWo mit Komplett-Ausstattung! Riesiges Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche, komplette Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Toaster, Kaffee-Maschine und Mikrowellen-Herd. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber . Die FeWo liegt sehr ruhig, aber mit der Tram, die 200 Meter entfernt losfährt ist man in 15 Minuten mitten in der City. Vielen Dank für den sehr schönen Urlaub!

Super ausgestattete FeWo.

Super ausgestattete FeWo. Für 2 Personen bestens geeignet. Wir haben ein paar Tage zu dritt und zu viert übernachtet. Durch die vorhandenen Rollläden war auch das Schlafen im Wohnzimmer auf der Ausziehcouch gut möglich. Außerdem konnte noch ein Klappwürfel als Matratze genutzt werden. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Vermieter, die Rollläden in allen Räumen (inkl. Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer), das geräumige Bad mit großer Dusche inkl. Regenbrause (auch für große Menschen geeignet), dass ein Autostellplatz, eine Möglichkeit zum Waschen und Trocknen sowie jede Menge Handtücher, Abtrockentücher und Decken zur Verfügung standen. Wir bedanken uns hiermit nochmals ganz herzlich bei Familie Singer.

Hübsche, neue Ferienwohnung in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Stadt

Die komplett eingerichtete, neue, hübsche Ferienwohnung, lässt keine Wünsche offen :-) und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Fußläufig zur Stadt sowie in die umliegende Natur sind den Spaziergängen keine Grenzen gesetzt. Sehr nette Vermieter - wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Fewo ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schön gross mit viel Stauraum und Ablagemöglichkeiten und ist mit el. Rollläden ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man erreicht das Stadtzentrum mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten.
