Case in affitto a Jenkinsville

“This neighborhood is sketch. The houses next door look like they are about to fall apart and have backyards full of junk and trash. We were legitimately nervous someone would break in and steal our dogs. We pulled up to this house and it had a mailbox stuffed full and an Amazon package on the front steps. It was very confusing. The front porch is filthy and not just because it’s pollen season. It hasn’t been rinsed off in probably a year (photo)There are cigarette butts strewn all over the...

“Generally very nice, the road appears to be a main route through the area and does pick up a fair amount of traffic noise, especially when the road is wet.”

“This was just a quick overnight stop for my party of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone. I would say this property needs some TLC and a deep clean. The cost for one night was far more than the property warranted, in my opinion.”

“Stay was amazing, I'd stay again, but I would bring my own pans, those pans in the house I'd consider an embarrassment and would never feed my family off those. I was sad the can opener was broken. Overall for how much it costs the toilet paper and paper towels could be nicer, not trying to complain either just being completely real. I would have so much fun doing a remodel on this house the gorgeous potential it has.”

“This house is an experience not just lodging. It would take a week just to explore all the supple nuances of this house. The location was convenient to all locations in Newberry. And convenient to Prosperity. This was ideal for our plans attending a wedding and other events. My wish is that the host provided a history of the house. We were there on the hottest day this summer. Some areas were hotter than others. We had options to set the temperature lower. But, didn't reaize it until...

“The property was just as advertised & very comfortable! We felt very much at home there. The hosts were wonderful & we would absolutely stay there again & recommend to others!”

“Great option for bigger groups of people the owners really used there space in this place properly, The only thing I’d suggest is another tv in a room other then that it was great.”

“The property is PERFECT! We loved the location, the house, decor and backyard! The bedrooms were amazing. EVERYTHING was simply devine!”

“Helpful host!”
