Hotel vicino a Jenra Grand Mall - Angeles City

“Non è un Grand Hotel ma è tranquillo silenzioso e molto discreto, c’è un ottimo servizio di sicurezza, tutto sommato visto lo scopo della visita in quella zona ( 5 minuti a piedi dalla Walking Street) a cui spesso non si arriva nemmeno, perché si trova prima quello che si cerca. Ottimi anche i negozi nelle strade appena fuori dalla struttura, Sari Sari Lavanderie street food Massaggi con servizio in camera… non manca proprio niente .”

“My room was very clean. Several amenities like refrigerator, Microwave, and hot pot. The staff is very responsive and kind. Airconditioning is very good for us foreigners and it is close to food options and Walking street if thats your thing. It's a small place without a pool but makes up for it by being a safe place to stay.”

“The on-site amenities and service from the staff was beyond “Excellent”, exceeding my expectations and to date is the best experience I’ve had at any hotel. The food was presented beautifully every meal and the drinks were artisan in presentation as well. I can’t say enough about the quality of this experience and I will definitely stay at the Azzurro on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend to anyone!”

“It was quite good hotel experience. Attitude of reception and staff were very kindly. The minor issue with soundproofing was a bit of downside. Wi-Fi connection was too strong and comfortable.”

“Nice space if your the only guest booked in. But the place will seems to be a bit crowded if the place will have another 3 to 4 guests booked in. Its a good thing we are the only guest time that's why we enjoyed the place. Not to mention the owner and the caretaker is very nice too.”

“Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again ”

“Hotel was the worst ever. No front desk after 5pm. Rooftop restaurant closed permanently. Pool dirty with floating dead animals. Beds were extremely hard. Wet moldy smell throughout hotel. No clean towels or soap. No house keeping to sweep filthy foors. Just a dirty hotel. Dont stay here”

“It is not at all near Clark International Airport. It’s 30 minutes away without traffic. Plus there is no airport shuttle. ”

“Pics of the place are old when it was renovated years ago. Place looks nothing like the pics. It’s run down and dirty. They won’t give you a refund if you look at the place and don’t stay because the place is dirty. Stay clear. ”

“First room , smell , and no water running in shower or anywhere. And of course not hot water, a big bucket of water, and a small bucket to throw water on you. Then moved to another room, at least water running there but not the shower , again with a bucket. The worst hotel I stayed in my life. Waiting 30 minutes for someone to come to reception. They knew we were there , but I don’t know why she did not come straight away. If you can help it, stay away from this place. ”
