“Tutto perfetto ad eccezione della gestione elettronica delle luci e della tenda. Il sistema di controllo delle luci non è facilissimo da comprendere mentre quello della tenda non funzionava ma e' stato prontamente aggiustato nel momento in cui abiamo segnalato il problema”

“Clean and new facility near Hollywood. Very hasty check-in carried out at the concierge table without giving us much information on the structure or at least on where the room was located. Wrong breakfast room order but they recovered without problems. I recommend the facility”

“The place was in a really nice location, close to good restaurants and things to do. The street parking situation wasn’t great but that’s Hollywood for you. Once we made it into the garage we just left our car and walked to everywhere else we wanted to go. Host was very communicative and accommodating. ”

“The hotel photos did not accurately reflect the actual condition or cleanliness of the property. The pictures of the indoor swimming pool were especially misleading. When we arrived, the pool area was outdated and could benefit from renovations, better cleaning, more inviting seating, and warmer water. As soon as I entered the room, there was a very strong bleach odor. I had to run the air conditioner for several hours and leave the window open the entire first night just to air out the room....

“We had a combo work/family/getaway visit, and this was a great home base. Large, light-filled and spacious, close to restaurants and museums, with a great coffee shop and breakfast burrito place right there.
