“L’unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto della struttura, è che la pulizia delle stanze la facevano ogni 2 gg. Ci sono stato nella stessa struttura altre volte, l’ultima è stato 2 anni fa, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta tutti i giorni, risolto questo problema il resto è tutto ok”

“I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day...

"Struttura bene gestita , molto confortevole , con camere ampie dotate di tutti i servizi . Particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che di fronte all’hotel ci fosse il capolinea di un bus che in 20/25 minuti ti potesse portare a Manhattan , vicino a Times square"
