“The best part of the hotel was the reception staff, they were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for these professionals, Hotel Savoy you should be so proud of these ladies. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast, fresh and an array of everything, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room on the ground floor was extremely clean, perfect for a one nights stay but it was a little tired looking in places. I would definitely stay again.”

“Staff amazing food first class and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Ideally located just East of St Helier. Plenty of parking. Large room extremely well looked after. The only down side is limited tv channels but that's nothing really. Very happy.”

“Fantastic breakfast, with a good selection. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Was lovely to have the bathrobes which were of a very good quality. It does not appear any twin gold rooms have a view so bear this in mind if that is important to you. Spa was very nice although the jacuzzi was only warm. The heated beds in the relaxation room were nice and the steam and sauna good heat. We chose to eat in the hotel in the evening and the food was very good.”

“Having a panoramic sea view room was amazing, the view, every hour, changed according to the tides. Room was large and comfy, shower room looked newly renovated. Staff pleasant. Food was really good in the evening, 3 courses £28 but only served between 7pm and 8pm so found that a bit late to eat. Very tasty on the occasions we did this, large meals. Breakfast was basic but tasty and encouraged less waste, great location. Only thing I would have liked would have been a light lunch menu, there...

“The hotel is well situated at the bazzar. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. While the breakfast is not excessive but sufficient in variety.”

“The views are excellent and our room an executive double was good but very tired and in need of decoration.. Majority of staff were helpful but service was generally slow. Drinks at the bar were very expensive and bar staff less than helpful. Breakfast was adequate but service although polite and engaging was very slow. The fridge in the room was regularly stocked with water and fresh milk which was lovely in our morning tea.”

Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again.”
