“The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. “The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean and well stocked with Coffee, Tea, Water and toiletries etc. the breakfast was in part good although, both the has browns and bacon were past eating, both being very dried out and hard, there wasn't a choice of milk and the tinned pears and peaches not a healthy addition to the yoghurt, also we ordered a poached egg and after 25 minutes gave up waiting for it, the rest of the breakfast was adequate, staff in the breakfast room were friendly and...

“Fantastic breakfast, with a good selection. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Was lovely to have the bathrobes which were of a very good quality. It does not appear any twin gold rooms have a view so bear this in mind if that is important to you. Spa was very nice although the jacuzzi was only warm. The heated beds in the relaxation room were nice and the steam and sauna good heat. We chose to eat in the hotel in the evening and the food was very good.”
