“Wonderful stay. We had a balcony apartment facing the marina, it was very quiet, would never have known it was above a bus station - which was very handy for getting around the island. Since it had a fully equipped kitchen, we spent a lot less on food. Apartment was huge, a real home from home and flooded with light. Highly recommended”

“Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. “This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. “beautiful hotel, staff excellent, room very clean, good food; to improve variety of dishes (for 3 evening the fish dish was always salmon) more local/traditional dishes and sometimes you have to wait (for example for a glass of water because the waiters didn't fill the glass when empty)”

“Room had some issues with air con vent misding a screw and hanging down which was fixed. Vent is bathroom did not work properly even after telling desk 3 times so bathroom steamed up every day after a shower. Food in restaurant was ok, never managed to use spa. Location was good, parking was ok but may be difficult in summer. Overall is a goid hotel with friendly staff”

“This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again.”

“Cracking room over looking the beach , clean n tidy and the maids did an excellent job with room service , the waiters , consierge , receptionists all very nice and very helpful , nothing was too much trouble , breakfast choices were very good my only gripe that the warming try’s were just that , warm I prefere food hot but all very tasty none the less , great place to stay ”
