“The owners were so kind and welcoming, the place was lovely the provided free bikes for us to use which we did every day. The hotel is close to the boardwalk, and it was so nice and convenient for a late-night walk around. I'll definitely be coming here again.”

“BED BUGS, I had bed bug bite on my arms that showed up mid day the next day. What a terrible place there was some kind of smell that I hadn’t smelled before. ”

“I think your dates are one day off as shown on the left side of my screen. I checked in September 20, 2025 and checked out the following day on Snday September 21, 2025 as such. Young man at the office was polite and helpfull. I stayed in room 301 and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room, which is true of almost all of the old hotel rooms in North Wildwood. Bathroom sink was backed up from the very beginning and the hotel staff had to have known this and did nothing about this. ...

“The pictures are very deceiving. Our sheets were dirty and had to be changed, we were provided 3 towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people, and when we went to the front desk to get more towels, the woman at the front desk told us to get them ourselves. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I would not walk around without my shoes on. In the morning we found a cockroach on the floor, killed it, and brought it to the front desk in a tissue. Since we booked through Expedia, the property couldn't help...

“Room was clean, comfortable and they made up the room and supplied new clean towels daily. Breakfast supplied had bagels, doughnuts, and cereal and coffee. Gentlemen at check in friendly, polite and very helpful. Only downside was no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor, so I didn't ”

“Awful customer service. No heat in rooms. Rented a room for wrestling weekend, and had to transfer to a different hotel with working heat. The east coast is experiencing a very cold winter, which I get, but other competitors had working heat. Hotel is refusing to give full refund even though we did not stay there, due to their policy of notifying within 24 hours. How were we supposed to know they had 0 heat?! Expedia cannot override the vendors policy and offered a $50 credit towards a future...
