The east coast is experiencing a very cold winter, which I get, but other competitors had working heat. Hotel is refusing to give full refund even though we did not stay there, due to their policy of notifying within 24 hours. How were we supposed to know they had 0 heat?! Expedia cannot override the vendors policy and offered a $50 credit towards a future...

“Definitely overpriced for the condition of the room. Sheets were stained and ragged stained on the walls and ceiling, the room had a bad odor of cigarette and urine. The dark color paint mad it more depressing and uncomfortable. ”

“I think your dates are one day off as shown on the left side of my screen. I checked in September 20, 2025 and checked out the following day on Snday September 21, 2025 as such. Young man at the office was polite and helpfull. I stayed in room 301 and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room, which is true of almost all of the old hotel rooms in North Wildwood. Bathroom sink was backed up from the very beginning and the hotel staff had to have known this and did nothing about this. ...
