Buono ma datato
Hotel centrale ma datato. Stanze abbastanza grandi. In questo giorni particolarmente affollato, forse per questo il servizio non era al cento per cento ma tutto sonmato buono.

Bell'albergo, molto centrale e confortevole.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno confortevole . Importante il garage poichè a Gerusalemme non è facile parcheggiare. E' in un'ottima posizione, a due passi dal Mamilla e dal centro storico.

Ho pagato 950 euro per una camera dus superior per 5 notti, sono stata costrett a a cambiarla perché fatiscente con una standard , anche questa vecchia ma almeno il bagno, a angiustissimo e senza bidet era lievemente più accettabile .mi sono sentirta veramente truffata!

attenzione carte credito
Nulla da eccepire su hotel e servizi, ma spiacevolissima esperienza per quanto riguarda il maneggio della carta di credito da parte dell hotel. Pagato anticipatamente l'intero importo del soggiorno tramite expedia, all'arrivo,senza mia autorizzazione e senza darmene avviso, l'hotel ha prelevato dalla carta di credito 214 euro per eventuali extra. Ricevuto sms del prelievo, richiestane spiegazione, mi è stato detto che mi sarebbero stati riaccreditati alla partenza. Eseguito il check out, verificata l'assenza di extra, mi è stato di nuovo garantito il riaccredito, che non è però avvenuto. Inviate due mail con richiesta di spiegazioni alla direzione dell hotel sono rimaste senza risposta. Penso che expedia dovrebbe escludere il Dan Panorama dagli hotel proposti, o quanto meno avvisare gli utenti della brutta avventura sull'impiego delle loro carte di credito a cui si espongono soggiornando in quell hotel.

This is a perfectly fine hotel. I had a superior room, which is their middle category. The room is quite small, hardly more than a bed and a dresser but clean and comfortable. It felr conveniently located to me, right across from a bus stop. The hotel smells great and i really enjoyed the breakfast. Its a sorta institutional hotel, mostly filled with extra-large tour groups and delegations. The front desk staff is fine, because the hotel serves.big groups, you werent going to get a high-touch experience with the the staff, but that's fine. There were some families in the hotel and the children were consistently screaming in the hallway outside my room. On Shabbat morning, a group of young children played in the hallway shouting starting at 6 in the morning. It was pretty brutal especially bc the rooms have very thin walls so it was noisy all day. The only way i could sleep was by blasting pink noise from my phone every night. I absolutely do not regret staying there bc it.was a WONDERFUL week generally, but i would not stay at the Dan Panorama again.

Easy access to many sites for tourists. Quiet neighborhood and easy walking to some local restaurants and two parks. Buffet met our needs for breakfast options. Staff was exceptionally helpful with information and help getting transportation.

We were treated so well, especially by Youssef at the front who upgraded our rooms and made us all so happy. The room was lovely, the breakfast more than plentiful, the location is excellent. Only wish there were some outdoor seatng options for breakfast.

We were upgraded to the new rooms recently renovated on this property. The rooms were quite small, but very clean and comfortable. Our room had only a shower, but it had great water pressure, and the bathrooms were very clean. The location of the Dan Panorama is great for accessing the Old City, Mamilla and Ben Yehuda areas. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel that has many lines running on it, making public transportation super easy. Our only disappointment from the hotel stay was the breakfast. I have stayed in other Israeli hotels that have offered more plentiful salad and vegetable options. The breakfast was overall fine, but I had been expecting better given the fact that this is a very highly rated hotel.

I booked the room through Expedia.com. The listing that I reserved has a nice photo of the old city and the Dome of the Rock. But when I checked in to the hotel my room has no view at all. I asked the front desk why there was not view as depicted on the website? She told me the hotel does not have any view of the old city and she did not know how the picture ended up there. Obviously it was a mistake. Not sure if the hotel put up the photo intentionally or an honest mistake. I was very disappointed for not getting what I was expected. I would not have booked this hotel if it is not for the photo. Other than that the hotel is ok. It’s in a convenient location. Not too far from the old city.
