“The room smelled, the key reader didn't work, the pool was gross, staff were rude and inappropriate, and there is not enough toiletries and linen for the room.”

“Welcoming to pets. Front desk associate at check in wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t even seem to look at the details of my reservations (2 rooms with different room types and 1 with a dog). The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order. There was a dirty wash cloth in our shower and the bathtub was stained/rusty in spots. Thankfully the beds and rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was great other than their juice machine wasn’t working.”

“don’t ever book a room here it is a waste of money! linens don’t look clean the smell was awful and there were cockroach everywhere. Never again. don’t be fooled by the pictures 100% lie! Shame on expedia for having these type of places included in the choices. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our room at the Dothan Best Western. We could have used some USB ports for charging our devices. But overall it was great!”

“Love this hotel concept. Love it. Clean, efficient, conveniently furnished. Ideal for longer stays but even our overnight was outstanding. The check in process dimmed my immediate impression as the staff person was very impersonal and cold, unfriendly. But then the manager entered and he was kind and informative, helpful then and later. Overall, our review of the Apt is very favorable. Will stay again. ”

“I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. ”
