“The management and staff are very caring like a family. I left a simple silicone ring in my room. I called to tell them that it was special to me and that I wear it as a wedding ring. They had thrown it in the trash, which was understandable because it did not look precious. The staff was so kind. They went through all the trash to find that ring. They found it and called me. They went above and beyond for me. ”
