“The desk clerk was friendly and the check in was seamless. The room was clean, and most importantly, quiet. The room was a little cramped, and the furnishings looked a little out dated. It was a good room for a fair price. ”

“Had a pre-paid room. At check-in was told the hotel was overbooked and that there should be other hotels in the area that may have a room. They did not try to assist in finding another accommodation, nor did they offer anything to try to make it right (maybe some points?). In summary, they did us wrong and did not care in the least. ”

“The property is a disaster. Very old and poorly ran. We would have preferred to stay in tents than that motel.”

“Hotel was nice and good emmenities except ice machine was not working. Reservation was messed up and they charged me for a night I had already paid for through Expedia. Made me change rooms after the first night because of it ”

“My mistake, I didn’t realize there was no running water in the cute little room. A short walk to the showers and restrooms is not in my will power at 60+ years old. I called the owner and was seeking help. He laughed at me. He was very rude and didn’t have a solution. Not impressed with his lack of sympathy. He could have at least pretended to care about the situation. I was shocked at his response.”
