“The staff were very unapproachable and whenever we asked for assistance they seemed annoyed by us. The breakfast room doors were always closed and it was like they did not want us in there. And while we were in the breakfast room it was absolutely disgusting. Split/stuck on food everywhere that looked like it had been there for a LONG time. We went to go swimming and there were band-aids, spiders, debris all throughout the pool. We had to grab the cleaner and scoop items out prior to going in. ...

There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.”
