Hotel vicino a Johnson Hall - Fort Collins

“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. “We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. “I definitely would not call it “Breath Taking” as the description Title stated. The place is ordinary, no dressers or hangers in closets to store clothing. There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds.
