“Many of my towels had strands of hair on them. The shower had hair strands that wasn’t my hair color. The microwave looked like it had old coffee stains on them. I do like the kitchen set up and the fridge had a lot of storage space. I did sleep well and the tv was perfect. The WiFi was a little messy but once I connected to it correctly it was perfect. Overall, I probably wouldn’t visit again unless I absolutely have to and unless they make changes. ”

“All bedsheets were stained down to the mattress. Definitely from bedbugs. Very dirty and outdated. Tried to get another room, none available, tried to find another hotel none available or close by due to huge soccer event in the area. Complained to staff & call expedia and didn’t do much with compensation . Never again”

“The room i got wasn't super clean and there were only a few channels on the television that actually picked up. Phone service was not great either for some reason. But the beds were cozy and the shower was sufficient.”

“Gute Ausstattung (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle etc.), grosses Zimmer, freundliches Personal, problemloses Parken (kostenlos). Die Schall-Isolation war etwas dürftig (ich hörte den TVs des Nebenzimmers und Gespräche auf dem Gang ziemlich gut).”

“Room’s wasn’t that clean”

“For starters, they asked me for a $50 deposit when it’s not even on the site so I did it and when I checked out, they gave me a refund for 4750 on my debit card when I checked my account was on there when I went back today, they took it. The rooms are filthy. The bed look like someone has slept in it and they just made it up it was stained the washcloths and towels are stained. The room wasn’t clean and not to mention the carpet in the bathroom and nail sticking out of it do not go to this...
