Baite a Jones Beach Island

“Room was nice, breakfast was plentiful & good variety w/ very proficient staff, front desk staff were very personable & helpful. The pool was beautiful, very clean & sticked with large soft towels ; However we encountered two issues: 1) Our room was not cleaned as our stated schedule & we had to sdk Hotel cleaning personnel to clean our room, after cleaning we discovered clean washcloths weren't not provided & altogether we asked for some we never received any. 2) Twice the pool was closed to...

“Had booked a room with a pull out sofa bed for 5 people. When I arrived I was told that a pipe had burst in that room. No one had called to let me know or anything. The only solution was an air mattress. There was hardly space for the air mattress. Lots of noise from a nearby road.”
