“Be careful when you book a king suite! I don’t mind that it was a handicapped room but the tub had to be filled using the shower! No water faucet to fill the tub! I felt springs through the mattress and I’ve never had this experience at this hotel where I am a rewards member!
Reina in the kitchen is personable, professional and has kept the buffet clean and very presentable! I even saw her cleaning the hallway as she greeted me as I passed her by! Reina made a bad experience not so bad as...
