“Accoglienza fantastica, personale gentilissimo è disponibile. Zona molto tranquilla con parcheggio. Albergo un po’ datato ma camera ben curata.”

“Great location, clean but small rooms. Staff is friendly but absolutely clueless when it comes to how to handle sophisticated travelers. It’s obvious there is no training of front desk staff, nor servers in the bar or restaurant. Long wait times for in the bar / lounge area, to get a towel, to check-out, for the elevator, etc. Two star service for 4-star prices.”
