“Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night. Even though we were all the way up on the 4th floor, the walls did absolutely nothing to block the noise. The sound reverberated through the room so loudly that it...

“Everything was great but I wish I had a closet”

“This hotel location is great, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Room was big, shower was great, bed was comfy. However had to wait for our breakfast at their restaurant for 30 minutes to be prepared, and there were no other people at that moment. I would probably stay there again.”

“The bathroom needs to be updated not the nicest looking bathroom a lot of rust and mildew.. the staff were great very nice and accommodating to everyone..the breakfast wasn’t bad wish they had a ice machine all the ice machines were down and no water included in the breakfast.. outdoor pool was dirty the water was very cloudy a lot of things floating in it we stood for 3 days and used the pool once because it was dirty.”

“Facility was filthy. Check-in took forever. There is a surprise $50 refundable charge for damages or incidentals. In my room the air con worked but was leaking water which left the carpet under and in front of in soaked and smelling moldy. Room rate was reasonable but you get what you pay for in this case. Staff was friendly and seemed helpful is the nicest thing i can say. I don’t.”

“The room was clean, staff were helpful and polite, enjoyed breakfast. However, I had requested an accessible room and it was not available upon check-in day. Fortunately staff provided one on the second day of my stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant. PS: It would be nice if hotel provided a shuttle to Wind Creek Casino Hotel.”

“The rooms are clean...the pool needs more chairs and more chlorine it was a little slimy...the waiting area needs new sofas asap...but the staff is good and helpful”
