“Staff were very friendly, and helpful. However, my room was not great. Mainly issues in the bathroom cleanliness. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. Plus there was a very heavy perfumy air freshener smell throughout the hotel that gave me a bit of a headache. Then to top it off the air conditioner in my room crashed with a lot of noise at 3am one morning.”

“The room was nice. Once we were settled in for night we noticed the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned (there were signs) and I contacted the hotel in the morning and they offered to fully clean the room or move us. We accepted the deep clean. I appreciated how they fixed the situation. Please note that you can't adjust the temperature in the room. The thermostat is locked. I reached out to have it unlocked and they said that wasn't possible. As a perimenopausal woman I found it difficult to sleep....

“The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me.”

“We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.”

“Never ever don’t stay there. The most nasty place I ever saw. Air conditioner doesn’t work. No staff on site to help. Bed sheets were so dirty. There is a contact no. posted on the window that says you can call if you need any help, nobody answered the call, I called them multiple times.”

“We really, really enjoyed our quick trip here immensely. The location is fabulous, the rooms are very large, and it had everything we needed. It’s tucked into such a cute little neighborhood as well and not far from NOTL. We definitely want to return!”

“Very clean room, easy to access hotel from highway, close to shaw festival theater. Staff were extremely friendly and engaging from the front desknstaff to the dinning room staff. Food was good in the restaurant. Overall great stay.”

“First - the staff were extremely wonderful! They had a polite, kind and professional personas. I truly appreciate that when I stay somewhere Second - the property does look somewhat run down, but it is a place to sleep and it was peaceful inside the room and just fine! Not everything is how it seems. Third - the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great, just the carpet felt cool on the feet. Not a big deal at all, just maybe if staff see this they can look into that ? Fourth - overall...
