“Everything was great for what we needed”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we needed. Our room was spacious, which was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. We left before breakfast was served, so I cannot comment on that. They do have coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available 24/7. My daughter loved the honey for her tea. The one downside is that the bathroom was small. It is an older hotel, but it was clean. It is also in a very convenient location. It was easy to get to, and there were so many stores right down the...

“It’s was ok for 2 and half star”

“Our room was clean and had amenities. However, it needs a new sink. The charge for our dog was a surprise upon arrival. $50.00. I would not have booked had I known. The office attendant was very nice. ”

“One of the best modestly priced hotels I have ever stayed. Not ever having stayed here, I was pleasantly surprised by everything this hotel offered. I look forward to staying in this chain in the future.”

“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“When we arrived, we were assigned a room next to the elevator. The noise kept me awake so I didn't get much sleep. So, the next day my wife talked to a staff member by the name of Jayden, He reassigned us a new room on the spot, down from the elevator. Then I come home from my trip, and someone charged the room on my credit card I used for the $50.00 deposit, the full amount of the room that I had already paid for. So, I called the Hotel and once again I talked to Jayden, who took care of it...

“Be sure to check some of the walk in showers. When wet, the floor can be incredibly slick. The bathroom door didn't close, nor did the closet door. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and friendly. Overall look to the facility was nice.”

“Slightly disappointed actually. Carpet wasn’t very clean and the shower spigot was loose on the wall. Soap didnt smell good not sure why that was. ”

“This hotel was great! The staff was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. We had to stay an extra few days due to an issue with our car and everyone especially the manager helped calm my anxiety. We enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool. Perfect place to stay! ”
