“Check in was fine, but night staff were very abrupt and not accommodative. Not easy to get back to the highway if in a large vehicle or towing.”

“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

Told at check in that they had to cancel our reservation due to "unforeseen circumstances". The front desk person told me they had "attempted" to get in contact with me to tell me. “The room wasn’t clean. We found a stick on nail in the shower. All of our shampoos were missing, but we had 2 bottles of half open body wash. Our hot water never got hot. The pool was ok. Location great. Beds great. Overall hotel was good for 1 night. Don’t make it an extended stay”
