“I booked this property through Expedia as I have booked through Expedia for 10 years. I paid through the app like I always do. Somehow when I got to this particular property the payment that I made on Expedia was just a “hold” and I needed to pay them directly. I have not yet received a refund and had to reach out to Expedia the next week. They are working to get this resolved so my issues it not with Expedia but instead this property.”

We had maybe been in our room maybe 2hrs when a man tried getting in our room luckily I had enough time to put the latch on but he was able to do so with his key card. I pushed the door shut and locked the bottom lock again and he took off. “The place was nice for a long stay, clean enough with not enough TP for the days booked yet peaceful inside the unit. Many people hanging out outside the building though never fealt threatened. Good spot. ** one thing was uncomfortable. Was that on the next last day or a day before that someone without our knowledge had come in to the unit to change a lightbulb on top of the stove! That was very uncomfortable and will not book at that place again.”

“Very nice property”

“Very comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It is within walking distance of Baylor hospital which is convenient for doctors visits and hospital stays. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has something for anyone. There is also a pool and weight room we didn’t use but they appear to be nice. They also host a wine happy hour. Though I wasn’t able to attend it appeared to be a nice, comfortable setting.”

“The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no....
