“I’m a single mom that treated herself to a staycation. For the most part, everything was perfect, BUT one of the things I wanted most and why I paid to stay a second night was so I could sleep in. Even with the do not disturb, the housecleaning came in TWICE! Not once but TWICE! I was so angry, because then I was up and I had been sleeping so hard. I was able to check in early which was great. “Hotel was okay. Valet price went up upon arrival. I was told by the front desk that they would honor the price when I booked, but didn’t. Night time valet, only one man working and the security guard, not dressed like a security guard, asked for keys, said he’d give them to the valet and I could go up to my room! Elevators are interesting, a little too much.”

“Room had spiders and centipedes sheets were never changed. Stayed for a week no towels run out of toilet paper and said $10 a night for a vehicle they charge me 717 Expedia ad said 10 staff not very helpful at resolving any problems stay clear.”
