“It was a trip with my children. The breakfast was delicious and the bedding was very comfortable. Good price and good facilities. I want to use it again if I have a chance.”

“The while experience was awsome my only complaint is the parking they have Valet if your into that but for those who choose not too, they dont have a parking lot so you have to find a parking on the street.”

“The valet service is AMAZING! Parks the car, but also loads up all your belongings and takes them to the room for you, unloads, and takes the cart away.”

“The 2 girls working at Starbucks café On Saturday 05/31/26 around 9:00 am they were rude to my husband. They were laughing about his broken English then I went to get coffee for myself and my daughter. We ordered our drinks and then she started talking to the other girl and kept talking and talking and barely acknowledge us I interrupt them and told them that I wanna pay for the coffee and if they can start working on it She just roll her eyes, Other than that, everything was perfect 👌...

“Loved this property, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming ( the front desk is on the 24th fl). Stepped off the elevator and was hit with the most delicious smell of truffle parmesan fries and yes we got an order and they were even better then they smelled. The room was clean and comfortable, check out was easy via text.”

“Our stay was amazing from entry to exit. Staff was super friendly and quick to assist. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only complaint i could have was the shower. The glass enclosure did not go to the base fully and therefore allowed water outside of the shower. Shower products were top notch. Already scheduled another stay!”

“We book to stay one night for symphony in FW. Very professional, we book room for double beds and they run out of it, they provide us 2 single bed, only the receptionist need to be clear communication to let us know when check in. It's very nice place with close walking distance to event. Breakfast was good. Will stay again if we have anything in that area.”

“The staff was most accommodating! Monique and Adelynn provided excellent customer service. The room are clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning the room. The omelet chefs were great and the dining room attendant kept everything clean and tidy.”
