“As this original unit, Gull House, was listed as 3 bedroom and was only 2 and a loft, Rainbow Ridge let us change to Johnson Suite #2. This unit was really nice and we were happy to have what we signed up for and pay the difference. However, after checking in, communication was beyond unacceptable. We were expected to troubleshoot the heat system (would not go above 62) and smoke alarm (beeped low battery at 2am) Calls were not returned and office was closed when stated it would be open.2...

“The area was great, there was a playground 5mins away. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Besides food, everything seemed to be well provided. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The property was exactly as advertised and it was an amazing stay! The unit itself was lovely, everyone had a comfortable stay and the location near Eagle Lodge and near all the restaurants/supermarkets was very convenient. The amenities on-site were also very nice with the sauna and jacuzzi after a day on the slopes. The host was very engaging to my queries on the VRBO app, and made sure that we had all the necessary information for our stay. ”
