Loved it!

Awesome place and location. We came with 2 adults and 2 teens boys. The size of the home is perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked. Had everything we needed to make all 3 meals. Washer & dryer was added plus!

Cozy home after snow fun

Easy to pick up keys at midnight in snow storm. Had everything we needed. Heater worked so well we had to turn it down (at home it never catches up to the cold). Several delicious restaurants and well stocked convenience store within walking distance. Be careful of neighborhood coyotes if you have little family members.

Staying at a June mountain

I booked the place for 6 people thinking it was a 3 bedroom since it was listed this way on Vrbo but it should have been 2 bedroom and an open loft.One of the couples had no privacy since their bed was in the open. I would of booked a different place if I’ve known.

Cozy Stay Baby Gull House

I booked the VRBO at Baby Gull House for 6 people, only 4 of us were able to make it. The house is PERFECT for 4-5 adults, if you’re okay sharing beds. 6 people would have been a bit tight. The house isn’t luxury at all, but it’s a great deal for a well-located cozy mountain house. The neighborhood is super walkable and cute. My friends and I would like to return here in the future.

View of Gull Lake from roomy cottage

The location is quiet, with a lovely view of Gull Lake. The house has plenty of room, 2 porches and an upstairs suite and bonus room. Lots of tv’s. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Not fans of memory foam mattress pads, so I’ll ask next time to not use them. Great stay at a great house with efficient and pleasant rental group.

Gull Lake Baby House

Very comfortable house for 4 of us, with a great location: view of the lake, and Carson Peak. Some of the dishes and glasses were not very clean, and the bathroom rugs were not very clean. Also, bears got into the garbage and dumpster in the neighborhood. Overall, though, a good stay and we would choose this house again.

Great June Getaway Spot

Great house, great location and amazing views!

We love our stay at this wonderful house. We had 2 adults and 18 year old and two 16 year olds. Accommodated all of us well for sleeping and the bathrooms are very modern and nice. Heater worked great which was good as we had a great snow storm. Kitchen is fully equipped and the lounging furniture is comfortable. Very clean and the location is amazing. Great views of Gull Lake and you can walk to everything June Lake has to offer. The best part is the rental agency sent someone to shovel the front porch and walkway for us. Thank you so much. Would definitely stay in this lovely house again!!

Loved every minute

Your property is so beautiful with the deck looking at the lake. I did my yoga each morning watching the sunrise. The neighborhood allowed me to run among trees and 2 beautiful lakes. We rented a boat down the street. The relaxation me and my husband were allowed with your property is priceless. Thank you for sharing this beauty we will be back!!!!!

Cute cabin

It was such a cute place to stay! The park And lake was just a short walk away as well as the brewery. Sliding barn style bedroom door upstairs did not v keep out any noise. Bring coffee grounds and filters. Great view on top porch. Wonderful warm showers in 30 degree weather. Parking for 2 large trucks available. Bring your own paper plates/ bowls as kitchen items there are not to be used in a microwave. Everything worked well and it was very convenient for our June Mountain Ski trip.
