We had and old noisy room.
The most incredible stuff happened at check-out time when the one of the six elevator was out of service (for three days) and it took us over 20 mins to go from floor 27 to the lobby.
All guests were packed in the elevator as I’ve never seen before! None of the COVID prevention measures was taken and none cared. Absurd!
Not really much recommend in the end.

Bad in that aspect and off course the valet parking is expensive and sometime we need to run to get the car in the street because is full almost the time during the day in front of the hotel and that is no safe is a small space when you need to get your car ”

First of all the room was renovated so everything was new and in perfect shape, the bathroom was huge and spotless. What we liked the most was that everything was very clean, the staff was polite and let's not forget about the fact that every room has it's own coffee machine ”

"A beautiful property in an excellent location, but poorly managed. There’s zero customer care, with inexperienced staff and a management team disinterested in problem-solving — treating guests as if they were staying for free. The restaurant staff, however, are outstanding.
Key issues included my room key deactivating an hour after check-in. The receptionist made me wait in line behind six other guests before addressing it, and only after a manager intervened was I asked for ID — which was locked in my room. I had to retrieve a copy of my passport from my phone to get a new key.
We moved chairs in the lobby to accommodate our group of six, only to be told at departure to return them. One day, three of our rooms were not cleaned, and the response when I called was shockingly indifferent.
The lack of professionalism and staff training was evident. The cold, unsmiling checkout experience summed it up. Despite reporting issues through Expedia, no one from management reached out to apologize.
It’s a shame, as the potential is there, but the guest experience is seriously lacking with one star services."
