It was our first time in this area and also using an owner rental She communicated and explained everything and gave great advice on dining choices. Her website is easy to navigate and the WiFi was a bonus. I will definitely recommend her properties as well as go through her again in a heartbeat. “This property was perfect in so many ways. I do not do a lot of reviews but this property is worth reviewing. Devin is a great property owner and is very responsive to any communication via the VBRO Chat. The layout of the room gave us more than enough space with 2 adults and 2 young adult children. The bedrooms, closets, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and balcony offered a great view of the ocean, inland waterway and city. The beach is beautiful and Devin even has 2 beach chairs...
