“The room smelled like mildew after a recent rain. I worried about my clothes smelling like mildew after leaving so I kept most in the suitcase and closed it. There were holes in the duvet cover and the room felt dirty. Mattress was stiff and the pillows were generally flat. Very uncomfortable the first night and I hardly slept. Room was not cleaned daily. There was no soap or shampoo in the unit. I had to buy my own. Bathroom tissue is one ply and towels were old and rough. There was a coffee...

“absolutely amazing staff. All the front desk WOMEN were amazing. Alma the house keeper was literally incredible. I really hopw they give her a raise like seriously. She made my stay 1000000 times better. Everybody was very accomodating. I hope they get paid them good.”

“The room was gorgeous and spacious as well, a great destination room while traveling. The rate was less than what I’d expected for a room that size, as well as location. You could never go wrong with the Palance Inn.”

“Good breakfast. Pool needs some work and the door inside from the pool needs to be fixed so it scans the room cards. We had to walk outside the pool and around to the front door because the door from the pool did not work. ”
