It always pays to read room descriptions to ensure you have booked exactly what you need. It always pays to read room descriptions to ensure you have booked what you need and should you make a mistake in your booking it also pays to check with staff to see if we could have rectified your mistake whilst you where here. Kia ora Lim, We apologize that you were caught without crockery and very pleased to hear that our staff were able to help.The reason we do not supply kitchen equipment is from a hygiene perspective firstly and then also for the reason of the constant ongoing cost with things being removed and not returned.We have decided that it is a much more effective to have a small charge which includes the crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. This ensures everything is clean for every guest and we are not constantly replacing items.
