There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

Unser Zimmer war nur über mehrere Stiegen zu erreichen, nicht schlimm, sollte man aber ggfs wissen und entsprechend bei der Buchung nach einem Erdgeschosszimmer fragen.

“I book this hotel because they have free shuttle service from/to Hahn airport, but when i call to book, the “”very unfriendly staff”” ask me to call directly the driver, that told me i had to book 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WHICH IS, IN MY OPINION, ABSURD !!! The room was not bad, but THERE WERE 4 SPIDERS, and that means they don’t clean Good. In addition the water in the shower was only warm. I’m a very frequent traveller and I won’t suggest this hotel, for this price find something else !! ”
