“Siamo arrivati all'una di notte,check in veloce e abbiamo ordinato anche un ottima cena in stanza. Ottima la colazione. Purtroppo non posso giudicare la zona circostante perché siamo ripartiti già la mattina seguente. ”

“have stayed a few times, always a good stay .only downside this time was I had interior room, no windows...like a dungeon except for that as usual the hotel never disappoints. staff wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast 100% perfect...lobby bar area very nice and comfortable...”

“The executive room I got was spacious, but it was a bit dirty and run down. The laminate floors looked nice, but were sticky, rather dirty and had a funny smell, as if someone puked before. The room had a "toilet sewage" smell from time to time. The reception was kind enough for provide air fresheners which helped. Aircon position isn't suitable and rather warm in the room. Big & modern TV. Breakfast was OK, but less satisfactory on 2nd day due to an event occupying the top floor.”

“The worst mercure chain in Indonesia. I’m a bss traveler and I stayed in many mercure hotels all over. Day 1 : checked in at 7 pm and had to wait for 45 mins for my room. Inside it smells weird but too tired to complain Day 2 : found 1 roach in the cupboard the room smells terrible Day 3 : found another mini roach inside the bathroom Day 4 : checked out ASAP I would change hotels if I have the time. I was just too tired and couldn’t argue that’s why I stayed. Seriously not recommended ”

“Arrived 1130 Receptionist told the room is not ready so need to wait and she will i form me At 1230 i think she go to lunch without inform colleague Wait until 1330... i ask counter and they do not know i am waiting.. The room is ready ealier.. Order room service wait for one hours.. food is so so only... ”

“Very old hotel with no maintenance. Cracked ceilings and stains everywhere. Not sure why it is rated as a 4 star hotel. ”

“おそらくこの地域においてはよい方の施設と思ってます。 ただ、廊下で工事や清掃している音がうるさかったり、邪魔であったりしました。 室内は良く清掃してもらっていたと思います。 でも冷蔵庫は作動しませんでした。 ドアの立て付けが悪く、鍵を閉めるのに苦労しました。 スタッフのみなさんは、リスペクトをもって接してくれていたと思います。”
