“Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise.”

“We love the hotel as it has access to the Singkawang Grand Mall. We can eat in variety of restaurants, shopping, grocery and window shopping. The hotel has a.large and nice swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. ”
