“Rooms were clean with a ton of space. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Hospitality staff were always eager to serve and went above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied. Shout out to Ojan and Rizkhi. I will be returning without a doubt. ”

“Property and faciities were dated. Quality of food were below average. Only redeeming factor was staff friendliness and service attitude although they could do with more training.”

“The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊”

“Shopping Mall next door and the area is covered in case of rain. Downside is thecrestaurant/cafe has beer but no staff to serve it sometimes. I had a beer the first night but from then on the claimed they had none, ”

“The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. There is no need...

“綺麗でまだ新しい 朝食も美味しかった タオルがなかったのは驚きましたが、ちゃんと持ってきてくれました。忘れてたんでしょう。 近くにコンビニがあり、ホテルの隣に安くて美味しいご飯が食べれるお店がありました。 早朝の大音量のイスラム教のお祈り？も聞こえませんでした。快適でした。”
