“Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale”

“Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. “ Our stay was for 4 nights & overall our stay was good. Night 1 & 2 the centrally controlled balcony light was turned off by 10pm. Night 3 it wasn’t turned off until 3am. Night 4, I called reception at midnight & asked for the light to be turned off. Was told ‘Yes’. Never happened, it went off at 3am. The volume was showing maximum however you could barely hear it, especially with the live music from the BSB stage next to the hotel. A staff member brought a specific remote for the tv & adjusted...

“They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop...

“Great stay for a few nights. The property and the rooms are a bit old looking but overall nice enough for what we needed. We had to ask several times for hand soap because there wasn't any in our room, but they got us some eventually. The hotel breakfast is amazing, so many options for a buffet. I was really impressed. The restaurant was very good too.”

“it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.”
