“This is a pure luxury experience in Thrissur. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Best breakfast buffet in Thrissur and surrounding area. Sanatana spa’s Balinese massage is definitely a must-experience. Pool is kids level and safe. Well equipped gym and yoga area.”

“We had occasion to see a few other hotels in the district where our friends and other family members stayed in connection with a wedding. Nothing could be compared to this one. We were able to host a number of our friends for dinner at this hotel, and everyone was pleased. The hotel manager and the staff were very attentive and cordial in ensuring our satisfaction. We were allowed to check out a little late because of our flight timing.”

“Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip.”
