“Camera bella e spaziosa fornita di tutti i comfort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma che parla pochissimo l’inglese. La cena Kaiseki per noi un po’ sovraprezzata ma buona. Bagni onsen belli. ”

“施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。”

“新しいホテルということもあり、とても綺麗で部屋や屋上からの眺めが良かったです。 また、食事のビュッフェを美味しくいただき、温泉を満喫できてとても癒されました。 ホテルの周辺や熱海駅近くの商店街には沢山のお店があり、食べ歩きなどで満喫できました。”

“Breakfast was simple but tasty. There is tea, juice coffee to drink and with a simple salad bar. Staff was very helpful. From check in to check out, it was a smooth transaction. Room was very clean, comfortable, modern style. High recommend for family or group of friends traveling. Bunk beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer in room was easy to use and convenient.”

“The staff are able to speak good English. Slippers and socks are provided in room for guests to wear them to Onsen.”

“バイキングは、美味しいくて、お酒の種類も多くて良かったですが、お部屋からのレストランやお風呂の移動がかなり距離があって（近いところの部屋もありますが）私たちは、それが面倒に感じました。 また、チェックアウトが10時というのも早い気がします”

“Hotel di primissimo livello con onsen privato e personale disponibile. Le stanze sono spettacolari con vista memorabile, spaziose e molto belle. Futon ed esperienza tradizionale da provare. Ovviamente il bagno termale privato è il vero valore aggiunto dell’esperienza, insieme alla cena kaiseki. ”

“Struttura molto bella , camere spaziose e pulite . Personale poco disponibile , abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check out di 3 ore a causa del tifone ,ovviamente pagando , e hanno rifiutato nonostante avessero camere disponibili. Alle 10 abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera nonostante fossimo anche con un bambino . ”

“This was my second stay and I was just was blown away as the first time. The Awashima Hotel is a true gem of a location and establishment. The boat ride from the shore to the island is scenic and pleasant, the island itself features a fun aquarium with shows, a wonderful walking path ideal for a stroll or early-morning birding, and adventurous guests can attempt the steep climb up to the island's shrine. Inside and out, the hotel feels like staying in a museum. Wonderful art, sculptures, and...

“Ottimo hotel, anche se un po' vecchio. Ideale per gli amanti del golf, perché le camere sono proprio con vista campo da golf. C'è na navetta dell'hotel da e per La stazione di Odawara. Consigliato.”

“Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay.”

“The ryokan was not well maintained and felt quite dirty. When we were walking to the outdoor bath, we even encountered a snake. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property, and the public bath area did not appear to be cleaned properly. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing.”
