“From the moment we entered we felt honored and welcomed. The rooms were spacious (if you’ve traveled in Japan you know the rooms are usually small - I’m 6’2” and I felt comfortable and I could even do stretches on the rattan floor.) Great views from windows that open. We opted for breakfast and dinner included. Deeeellicious! -oishii desu! No 2 multi-course meals were the same, other than they were unique and filling! “接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館”

“Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ciotola di ramen gratuita ogni sera servita dalle 21:30. Onsen sul tetto molto bella con vasche interne ed esterne. Camere pulite e spaziose.”

“Una bella struttura moderna a 15 minuti dal castello di Matsumoto e dal suo bellissimo centro storico. Camere ampie dotate di tutti i comfort. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Per chi giunge in auto, comodo parcheggio all'aperto dell'albergo o uno coperto a poca distanza convenzionato. Per visitare Matsumoto questa è un'ottima base. Colazione abbastanza standard e più in linea con i gusti giapponesi. ”
