“2家族7人で利用しました。 カフェに泊まっているようでとてもおしゃれです。 隣がツルヤなので、買い出しをしてのんびり過ごすことができます。 施設は掃除もきちんとされておりとても清潔感がありました。 食器コップもきれいでした。 シャワーが一つしかないのは残念ですが、近くの日帰り温泉も紹介してくださいました。 スタッフの方もやさしく丁寧に対応してくださいました。 子どもも大満足でまた行きたーいと思う施設でした。”

“The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They don’t allow tattooed people to use the onsen unless you cover them, but the girl at the reception, who was super nice, help me putting the tape on my tattoos and I was able to use the onsen. Good position, close to the Matsumoto Castle and 10 minutes walk from the station. Recommended!”

“接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館”
