“Overall the hotel is clean and tidy. Is just the shower water heater is out. The hotel is near to housing so is quiet and relax. Hotel provided local breakfast 'nasi lemak' which is delicious we enjoyed the breakfast at open area next to the hotel. Great stay. ”

Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task.
Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back.
Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...

Disponibile la colazione a un prezzo economico, ma che noi non avevamo. Unico piccolo neo, l’Hotel si trova su una strada trafficata, anche di domenica mattina, in quanto a Kota Bharu si lavora.”
