“I had a great time at the Renai Hotel. The staff at the reception desk were always very helpful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the area clean. Housekeeping was also very helpful and generous.”

“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"Hotel con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, infatti non essendo disponibile la nostra camera con finestra sul giardino, ci hanno fatto un upgrade con una camera suite molto spaziosa con letto molto comodo. Disponibile la colazione a un prezzo economico, ma che noi non avevamo. Unico piccolo neo, l’Hotel si trova su una strada trafficata, anche di domenica mattina, in quanto a Kota Bharu si lavora."
