“There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.”

“I arrived just past midnight for check in and the staff were so friendly and on hand to help with any questions I had! Breakfast selection is pretty wide but the reminder every 5 minutes that breakfast is ending at 10am whilst eating was a bit annoying. Pool facilities are great but mostly filled with backpackers with day passes, I think there needs to be more exclusive parts for hotel guests because it did feel like a hostel at the pool area.
