“Charlee and her staff were as usual very polite, friendly and attentive. Super relaxed atmosphere in a fantastic position by the river. The hotel grounds are kept immaculately and rooms spotless. It’s a real credit, a brilliant team, from front line staff emails, restaurant staff and everyone who works there. Hope to see you all again in the near future Steve.”
