“Arima grand hotelhas shuttle to and from the bus station. The staff, amenities and the whole property were top notch. The souvenir shop had some of the top items from town. The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended! ”

“This is a very nice Ryokan in Arima. The hotel is located on top of a small hill, making it isolated from the town center. This makes the area surrounding the hotel very quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The ryokan has 2 onsen baths (1 indoor, and 1 outdoor) open all night. It was really amazing bathing in the outdoor onsen at night, where you can gaze the surrounding forest quietly. I definitely recommend this ryokan!”

“We love the Arima Onsen Hanano Ryokan. They picked us up at the train station and even carried our bags up to store our luggage. Yes, getting to the inn meant climbing up some stairs. This might be a problem for some people with mobility issues. But the climb was all worth it because the service was impeccable, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. For such a minimalistic inn, it has everything we needed and more. This inn is traditionally Japanese with modern facilities. ...

"Hotel con ambienti rilassanti, molto ben organizzato. Stanza con vista bellissima del quartiere e stazione dei treni, molto comoda per i nostri spostamenti giornalieri. Da qui parte anche il treno veloce che noi abbiamo utilizzato per spostarci a Tokio. Camera con doccia vasca separato in altra stanzetta bagno piccolo soluzione pratica. Molto gradito distributore di acqua potabile in corridoio. Colazione internazionale ottima, caffè e latte all'Italiana. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie a tutti per la vacanza riuscita bene."
