The structure itself, one of the few traditional that are still around in Arima Onsen, the staff that was unbelievably helpful, the dinner that was delicious and well presented, and the two baths, that thanks to the fact that there are just few guests in the hotel we enjoyed whenever we wanted and almost never waited for!
