“Called ahead of arrival and requested a first floor room, the manager happily accommodated us. The room was spacious and clean. We took the opportunity to enjoy the spa and the pool. First a dip in the pool to cool off, the temperature was perfect, not too cool and easy to get used to. Then some time spent in the spa to relax after our long drive. The bed was a bit firm to me but my husband thought it was perfect, regardless we both slept great. Breakfast was as expected, coffee was great and...

“Bedroom looked like a run down 3rd hand furniture. Where the refrigerator was, being held up above the broken floor of the cabinet was being leveled by folded cardboard in order to open door, particle board looked like a dog chewed it up. Refrigerator has holes, and rust on it, then the inside was mold, never cleaned. Smoke alarm missing, later found in cabinet under non working microwave. Sliding widow will not open a true fire hazard with 120volt smoke alarm in a drawer!”

“The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again!”
