“I’m disabled and requested an accessible room. The only thing it had was a bar in the bath tub. It did not have a walk-in shower like they advertise. They told me it was near the elevator, yet it was way down the hall…a long walk for me! The toilet was so low I could hardly get on or off and no handrails to help. When we were leaving and walking thru the lobby, we said bye and thank and the 2 girls at the desk never acknowledged us. I won’t return. I used to work for Hampton. This location...
